All members, family, guests and crew are welcome at the CYCE Awards Gathering at the Maplewood Rock and Gem Club (https://maplewoodrockclub.com/) located at 8802 196th St SW, Edmonds.
The doors will open at 6 PM for a social hour and the buffet line will start at 7 PM. The awards will be presented at 8 PM.
Appetizers are always appreciated. Members with the last name starting with A-M please bring a salad or dessert. Members with the last name starting with N-Z please bring a main dish. Bring your own beverages.
We are opening the building at 4 PM that morning to set up and would appreciate 3 or 4 helpers with setup of chairs, tables, and tableware, and 3 or 4 helpers to sweep up and mop the floor after the tables and chairs have been put away after the party.
